Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors Degree with at least 2 years of related experience
- Graduate Degree or equivalent with up to 2 years of related experience
- Alternatively, a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree
- Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Top Secret (TS/SCI) clearance
- Proficiency with the complete MS Office suite
- Strong ability to communicate technical information effectively to diverse stakeholders
- Experience in producing and reviewing aircraft drawings and related documentation
- Background in testing, integrating, and validating networks
- Experience in conducting verification testing
Responsibilities
- Provide engineering support throughout the entire product lifecycle including system design, development, integration, and testing
- Oversee field deployment and provide operator training as necessary
- Review and assess electrical wiring diagrams to confirm that design specifics correspond to system requirements
- Analyze documentation to ensure that design elements align with system criteria
- Understand test, integration, verification, and validation planning processes
- Develop test procedures for systems and subsystems
- Integrate and test intricate systems in both Software-in-the-Loop (SIL) and aircraft environments
- Grasp the physical architecture that incorporates communications systems capabilities across various security domains
- Conduct test, verification, and validation activities for system requirements
- Manage system maintenance, sustainment, and strategies for obsolescence mitigation
