Requirements
Must:
- In-depth familiarity with industry standards and regulations such as IPC-A-610, IPC-A-620, MIL-STD-2000, ISO 9001, etc.
- Strong capability to interpret and enforce various quality requirements, including policies, technical drawings, and specifications.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration across departments and with external partners.
- Detail-oriented with robust organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to provide constructive critiques to peers.
- Proficient in quality management software and the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Bachelors Degree with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience, or a Graduate Degree with at least 2 years of related experience, or 8 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and ensure adherence to the highest standards of quality and compliance in our manufacturing processes, products, and services.
- Conduct audits of products and hardware to confirm compliance with workmanship standards and drawing specifications.
- Evaluate objective quality evidence and relevant documentation for conformity with set standards and customer requirements.
- Assess and determine actions for nonconforming material, such as rework, replacement, or scrapping.
- Train junior associates on quality policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with production, engineering, and procurement teams to resolve quality-related issues and implement corrective measures.
