Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree with nine (9) years of experience in Configuration and Data Management
- Graduate degree with seven (7) years of experience in Configuration and Data Management
- Alternatively, a minimum of thirteen (13) years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree
- Must be a US citizen
- Familiarity with configuration and data management specifications
- Knowledge of configuration control for military and commercial (FAA) documents
- Experience with functional and physical configuration audits is preferred
- Strong computer literacy, particularly with Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to secure and maintain a Secret Clearance

Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage daily operations of five teams across two locations focused on configuration and data management
- Facilitate communication both within the team and with external stakeholders to ensure cooperation on operational procedures
- Implement significant enhancements to systems and processes
- Contribute to the attainment of departmental objectives and operating plans that have a direct effect on results
- Lead team staffing activities, including forecasting needs and recruitment
- Develop, track, evaluate, and respond to team operational metrics
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor
