Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors Degree and at least 9 years of relevant experience, or a Graduate Degree with a minimum of 7 years of related experience, or 13 years of relevant experience in absence of a degree.
- At least 3 years in an instructive or training capacity.
- Minimum of 3 years of direct Telemetry Analysis experience.
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in satellite operations.
- Active Top Secret (TS) clearance with Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) eligibility and CI Polygraph is mandatory.
Responsibilities
- Conduct expert-level Telemetry Analysis (TA) on Moog spacecraft bus systems, ensuring real-time monitoring and timely anomaly resolution.
- Convert technical documentation into clear operating procedures, training resources, and visual guides.
- Monitor spacecraft performance trends and communicate insights, along with recommended corrective measures, to operations teams and external partners.
- Identify and rectify gaps in technical documentation and operational workflows.
- Provide strategic advice on spacecraft performance parameters and risk management techniques.
- Oversee Launch and Early Orbit Checkout (LEOP) activities along with 24/7 satellite command and control operations.
- Develop and enhance checklists and operational documentation for satellite and ground systems.
- Engage in daily operation meetings and provide valuable updates and insights during shift changes and monthly reviews.
- Perform research and analysis on counterspace threats and system vulnerabilities to support mission defense strategies.
- Create and present technical briefings and analytical reports to senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Assist in the onboarding and integration of new or upgraded tools and systems.
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment while exhibiting strong organizational and self-motivational skills.
