Requirements

Must:
- Bachelors Degree in a relevant field and a minimum of 9 years of experience, or a Graduate Degree with at least 7 years of experience. - In the absence of a degree, a minimum of 13 years of related experience is required. - Ability to secure a DoD Security Clearance. - 6+ years of experience with MIL-HDBK-217F, Telcordia, MIL-STD-1629A and MIL-HDBK-1547A. - 6+ years of experience using prediction software tools such as PTC Windchill Quality Solutions and Relyance. - 6+ years of experience in Ground, Aerospace, or Defense/Government programs. - 4 years of experience performing FMECA, ESA, RMA, and FTA analyses. - Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office tools. - Possession of a security clearance or eligibility to obtain one. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Proven ability to manage multiple projects efficiently at various stages of development and production.

Responsibilities

- Develop and generate Reliability Plans and Procedures ensuring system integrity. - Interpret and allocate reliability and availability requirements for projects. - Conduct analyses of Reliability, Maintainability, and Availability. - Perform analyses related to Reliability and Availability Redundancy Trades. - Execute sparing analyses to support availability and sustainment activities. - Apply knowledge of mechanical reliability concepts and equations in assessments. - Efficiently manage multiple projects simultaneously during development and production phases. - Conduct FMEA and FMECA analyses as part of system evaluations. - Support Failure Reporting, Analysis, and Corrective Action System (FRACAS) activities. - Participate in reliability demonstration testing, including thermal cycling, burn-in, and vibration assessments. - Work collaboratively in small or large team environments as a team player.
