Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors Degree and at least 9 years of relevant experience, or a Graduate Degree with a minimum of 7 years of related experience
- Alternatively, a minimum of 13 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree
- Ability to obtain TS/SCI clearance
- Background in Aerospace Systems, Mechanical, Electrical, Optical, or Thermal engineering
- Proven capability to deliver and maintain measurable outcomes
- Self-motivated, solution-oriented, and customer-focused
- Strong communication and presentation skills to clearly articulate information and concepts
- Technical leadership experience in System Integration and Test (I&T)
- Familiarity with integrating hardware and software systems, dynamic testing, EMI testing, and system-level tests
- Proficient in collaborating with Customers, Business Development, and diverse functional teams
- Attentive to long-term planning and detail-oriented
- Understanding of I&T development processes and lifecycle
- Adaptable team player in a large program setting
- Quick learner, able to adjust to changing project needs and acquire new skills
Responsibilities
- Provide system integration and test engineering expertise across a range of engineering tasks, from proposals to delivery
- Apply system integration and test engineering standards and techniques to complex payloads and space vehicles
- Specify requirements, architect I&T approaches, and analyze the flow down of requirements across subsystems and equipment
- Engage in design peer reviews and plan I&T flows with efficient asset usage
- Offer technical support for detailed test plans and guide the team on I&T processes relevant to program complexity
- Manage complex engineering tasks related to electrical, mechanical, optical, software, systems, or hardware components
- Directly assist in detailed test planning and execution of system level tests based on expertise
- Collaborate with the program team to meet customer technical, cost, and schedule requirements
