Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors Degree with a minimum of 9 years of engineering experience, or a Graduate Degree with at least 7 years of experience
- In lieu of a degree, a minimum of 13 years of engineering experience
- Over 5 years of experience in System Integration and Test (SI&T) and large system engineering
Responsibilities
- Lead the testing efforts throughout the entire product life cycle, from inception to production support
- Provide advanced system integration and test engineering expertise to the team for verification activities, including functional and environmental tests of spacecraft equipment
- Oversee the development of Electrical Ground Support Equipment (EGSE) designs to fulfill all technical requirements
- Create comprehensive test documentation, such as Test Requirements Documents and Test Plans
- Direct support staff in executing daily system test and integration tasks for Space Payloads and Vehicles
- Manage EGSE/UUT selloff, checkouts, and provide assistance throughout all phases of the system life cycle
- Identify, document, and track issues until resolution
- Analyze test results, identifying issues and collaborating with development teams on root causes
- Support troubleshooting and corrective action processes as needed
- Represent the integration and testing team during major design reviews
- Travel as necessary to support integration activities and post-delivery tasks
- Be available for extended hours, including weekends, when required
