Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors Degree with at least 9 years of relevant experience or a Graduate Degree with 7 years of relevant experience
- Alternatively, a minimum of 13 years of related experience without a degree
- Proficiency in Integrated Product Support Analyst development and documentation (LMI, MIL-PRF-49506, MIL-HDBK-502, GEIA-STD-0007, DEF-STAN-00-60)
- Experience in developing and managing LSAR (SLICwave/EAGLE/PowerLog)
- Capability in spares analysis utilizing system reliability and maintainability data related to maintenance concepts
- Focus on Life Cycle Cost and Total Ownership Cost for operational and support cost estimating
- Skills in training development and management
- Ability to translate system requirements into functional requirements
- Competence in technical proposal writing
- Experience in creating labor estimates based on customer requirements
- Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team
Responsibilities
- Develop and recommend support and sustainment solutions for major airborne and ground-based weapon systems
- Apply long-term support principles in decision-making
- Collaborate with team members to achieve integrated product support goals
- Analyze spare parts requirements based on system reliability and maintainability data
- Estimate costs associated with the lifecycle and total ownership for operations and support
- Manage the development and execution of training programs
- Create functional requirements from system specifications
- Draft technical proposals to secure project funding
- Generate labor estimates aligned with client requirements
- Participate in team initiatives and work independently as necessary
