Lead Cyber Intelligence Specialist

- Develop, implement, and execute security controls and defenses for technology and information systems - Establish standards for hardware, software, access, and encryption - Design system security models and verify compliance - Assess and mitigate security threats throughout the program life cycle - Plan, test, and validate system certification and accreditation - Support operations and maintenance of secure systems - Conduct IT system audits and risk assessments, reporting findings and recommendations - Address incidents and execute first-level responses to reported threats - Investigate and analyze activities related to cyber incidents - Interpret and report events and anomalies, following established directives - Research, evaluate, and recommend new security software or devices - Prepare Information System Security Risk Management Framework documentation for Assessment & Authorization - Verify and validate ISS controls as part of Continuous Monitoring Plan - Oversee configuration management of assigned systems - Perform periodic hardware/software inventory audits - Identify and note deficiencies in system security controls, updating the POA&M accordingly
