Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors Degree with at least 4 years of relevant experience, or a Graduate Degree with a minimum of 2 years of related experience.
- Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience if degree requirements are not met.
- Experience in system integration and testing (SI&T) for ground communications.
- Active Secret clearance is required.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and execution of ground verification plans, test procedures, and documentation of test results to ensure compliance with requirements.
- Support the technical SI&T lead with daily ground hardware and software integration and verification tasks.
- Identify, document, and track issues through to resolution.
- Analyze test outcomes, identify problems, and work with the development team to ascertain root causes.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary technical team during the requirements analysis phase, including maintaining the Requirements Verification Traceability Matrix (RVTM).
- Assist with root cause analysis, troubleshooting, and corrective actions as needed.
- Participate in all stages of the product life cycle, including design, analysis, manufacturing, testing, verification/validation, and delivery.
- Availability to work extended hours and weekends when necessary.
