Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors Degree with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience, or a Graduate Degree with at least 2 years of related experience
- If no degree, a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience is acceptable
- Active TS/SCI w/ Poly Clearance is essential
- Solid understanding of engineering principles, especially verification and validation processes
- US Military Training Certifications are advantageous
- Ability to work independently and self-motivate without constant oversight
- Competency in communicating directly with customers and their leadership teams
- Eagerness to learn through self-study and hands-on practice, as well as collaborative knowledge sharing with teammates
- Experience in leading small, diverse teams in fast-paced environments with humility and cooperation
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with proficiency in MS Word and PowerPoint
- Skilled in explaining complex technical concepts to varied audiences, including engineers and program managers
- Proficient in developing and managing MS Excel spreadsheets and data
- Train-the-trainer certifications are highly valued
Responsibilities
- Set up, configure, and document both hardware and software systems for testing, including the installation of custom and commercial software on various platforms
- Design and conduct structured training sessions to facilitate user understanding and retention of material
- Construct, configure, troubleshoot, and integrate both new and existing hardware solutions to implement upgrades and enhance system functionalities
- Assume full responsibility for the hardware configuration process, mastering the system and training others on its effective use
- Provide support for daily training system operations, ensuring everything functions seamlessly
- Oversee training classes from inception to conclusion, ensuring attendees finish feeling confident and capable
- Travel occasionally to assist with training and system integration at various locations
