Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors Degree and a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience, or a Graduate Degree with at least 2 years of experience.
- Minimum of 8 years of related experience in lieu of a degree.
- Experience with automated testing tools (e.g., TestComplete) for script development to meet requirements.
- Experience in software development within a RedHat Enterprise Linux or Windows environment.
- Proficient in shell scripting with languages such as Windows PowerShell, sh, csh, tcsh, and bash.
- Ability to secure FAA Public Trust clearance.
- Familiarity with programming languages like Java, Python, or C#.
- Knowledge of Agile Scrum/Kanban methodologies.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a software test engineer on the Integration & Test Integrated Product Team (IPT).
- Interface and communicate regularly with team members, other IPTs, and management.
- Collaborate with the Software IPT to address joint software and testing issues.
- Identify and report process improvement opportunities to the IPT Lead.
- Design and implement automation solutions to enhance the testing process.
- Develop, coordinate, and enforce testing processes for mission-critical programs.
