Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors Degree with nine (9) years of experience in Configuration and Data Management
- Graduate Degree with seven (7) years in Configuration and Data Management
- In the absence of a degree, a minimum of 13 years of relevant experience is required
- Must be a U.S. Citizen
- Familiarity with configuration/dataspecifications and configuration control for military and commercial (FAA) documents
- Strong computer proficiency, particularly in Microsoft Office
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance
- Basic knowledge of aircraft is preferred
Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage daily activities of five teams across two locations, encompassing configuration/data management, software configuration management, and technical editing
- Facilitate communication within and beyond the department to secure collaboration on operational procedures
- Implement moderate to significant enhancements to existing systems and processes
- Play a key role in achieving departmental targets and operational plans that directly influence results
- Lead team, including forecasting staffing needs and participating in the hiring process
- Develop, track, analyze, and act upon team operational metrics
- Perform other related duties as assigned by Supervisor
