Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors Degree with nine (9) years of experience in Configuration and Data Management
- Graduate Degree with seven (7) years of relevant experience
- In lieu of a degree, a minimum of 13 years of Configuration and Data Management experience
- Must be a U.S. Citizen
- Familiarity with configuration and data management standards
- Knowledge of military and commercial (FAA) documentation control
- Understanding of functional and physical configuration audits
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance
- Preferred: Basic knowledge of aircraft

Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage daily operations of five teams across two locations
- Facilitate communication within and outside the department to ensure cooperation on operational processes
- Identify and implement improvements to systems and processes
- Contribute actively to departmental goals and operation plans
- Lead team staffing efforts, including forecasting and hiring
- Develop, track, and analyze operational metrics to drive performance
- Handle additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor
