Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline with 4 years of pertinent experience; OR a Graduate Degree with 2 years of relevant experience; OR 8 years of relevant experience in place of a degree.
- Professional expertise in embedded systems integration and testing (software/hardware).
- At least 2 years of experience with C/C++, Python, Linux, and RTOS.
- Hands-on experience with Hardware in the Loop (HIL) and Software in the Loop (SIL) methodologies.
- Familiarity with Agile software development practices.
- Ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with high-performing teams to develop embedded software and EGSE solutions.
- Provide technical guidance by refining requirements, creating user stories, and fostering collaborative designs in an Agile setting.
- Develop and integrate software for aerospace subsystems utilizing HIL/SIL environments.
- Design and implement automated infrastructure for space payloads.
- Create and execute test plans, procedures, and reports ensuring comprehensive traceability.
- Configure and document multi-device hardware/software systems under testing.
- Engage directly with flight hardware, EGSE, and imaging technologies.
- Utilize tools including COSMOS, Ruby, LabVIEW, TestStand, MATLAB, Simulink, and DevOps platforms such as Jira, Bitbucket, Jenkins, and Confluence.
