Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors Degree with at least nine (9) years of Configuration and Data Management experience
- Graduate Degree with a minimum of seven (7) years in Configuration and Data Management
- For candidates without a degree, at least 13 years of relevant experience in Configuration and Data Management is required
- Must be a US Citizen
- Strong familiarity with configuration and data management specifications for both military and commercial (FAA) documentation
- Experience conducting functional and physical configuration audits is preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to secure and maintain a Secret Clearance
- Basic knowledge of aircraft systems is a plus

Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the daily operations of five teams across two locations that focus on configuration/data management, software configuration management, and technical editing
- Collaborate within and outside the department to garner support for operational practices and procedures
- Implement moderate to significant enhancements to systems and workflows
- Contribute to the accomplishment of departmental objectives and operational plans impacting departmental outcomes
- Lead team management, including forecasting personnel needs and recruitment efforts
- Develop, assess, and take action on team performance metrics
- Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by the Supervisor
