Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors Degree in engineering with at least 12 years of relevant experience, or a Graduate Degree with a minimum of 10 years, or 16 years of prior related experience in lieu of a degree.
- Active Top Secret security clearance with the capacity to obtain SCI.
- A decade of experience in developing, managing, and verifying requirements for elements or systems.
- Proficiency in requirements management software such as DOORS.
- Extensive experience leading large space programs throughout the entire system lifecycle.
- Over 5 years of experience with RF space payloads and systems.
- Familiarity with space vehicle/systems integration.
- Proven track record of leading complex technical teams and programs to deliver hardware.
Responsibilities
- Lead large space programs through all phases of the system lifecycle.
- Negotiate technical and non-technical scopes with clients effectively.
- Direct technical teams to ensure successful hardware delivery.
- Manage requirements utilizing software like DOORS.
- Engage with programs to perform critical tasks such as requirements management and risk evaluation.
- Conduct milestone reviews and support the technology lifecycle.
- Implement verification and test planning strategies.
- Organize and facilitate event-based activities such as RCCAs and MRBs.
- Collaborate with teams to foster an environment of success and innovation.
- Address action items to ensure project continuity.
