Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Wireless Engineering, Information Security, Mathematics, Digital Arts & Sciences, or a related field, or recent graduates within the last 12 months
- Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as C++, C#, Java, Ruby, JEE, HTML5, XML, SQL, and Qt
- Familiarity with operating systems like Windows, Linux, and real-time operating systems
- Understanding of Digital Signal Processing (DSP) and communication systems
- Knowledge of time domain versus frequency domain analysis and associated algorithms
- Experience in software development life cycle including requirements analysis, design, implementation, integration, and testing
- Skills in using modeling tools and conducting experimental tests
- Ability to participate in peer reviews, manage defect tracking, and resolution
Responsibilities
- Apply computer science, engineering, and mathematical concepts in software development for target applications
- Collaborate with diverse engineering teams to assess and design interfaces between hardware and software
- Engage in all phases of the software development life cycle for real-time control of advanced tactical radio equipment
- Develop software testing procedures and related documentation
- Utilize modeling tools to gather operational data and perform experimental tests
- Participate in peer reviews and ensure tracking and repair of software defects
- Work with a variety of programming languages on multiple platforms including embedded real-time operating systems
