Requirements
Must:
- CCIE preferred; CCNP or CCNA with 8+ years of advanced network engineering experience will be considered
- Strong expertise in Cisco routing, switching, firewall, and VoIP technologies
- Familiarity with Cisco Unified Communications (Call Manager / Express / Unity / UCCX)
- Previous experience in a Managed Service Provider (MSP), Network Operations Center (NOC) or Value-Added Reseller (VAR) environment is highly desirable
- Capability to travel to client sites as necessary
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to work autonomously or collaboratively in a team
- Professional, client-facing communication aptitude
- Exceptional documentation practices
- Proactive and driven individual who flourishes in a dynamic environment
- Ability to manage multiple client environments concurrently
- Passion for technology and a commitment to assisting clients
Responsibilities
- Configure and support Cisco routers, switches, access points, phones, and Firepower firewalls
- Provide support for Cisco Nexus and Cisco UCS environments
- Manage Cisco Wireless Controllers (5505 and 9800 series)
- Maintain and troubleshoot Cisco and Meraki infrastructure (switches and access points)
- Configure and troubleshoot AnyConnect and site-to-site VPNs
- Support LAN, WAN, cloud, and hybrid network environments
- Monitor and maintain network performance in a NOC environment
- Provide support for Cisco Call Manager and Unity
- Experience with UCCX and upgrades is a bonus
- Strong understanding of Cisco Voice systems
- Assist with VMware environments including ESXi, vSphere, and vCenter
- Manage virtual desktops (10Zig/Thin Clients, Horizon View)
- Familiarity with Veeam backups
- Administer Office 365
- Provide DNS and domain hosting support
- Administer Windows Server and Active Directory
- Troubleshoot Windows issues (Apple support is a plus)
- Implement anti-spam/virus solutions (e.g., AppRiver, Barracuda)
- Execute patching, upgrades, and preventive maintenance
- Install and configure routers, switches, and related devices
- Conduct proactive monitoring through network management systems
- Troubleshoot connectivity issues (Ethernet, TCP/IP, Wi-Fi, VPN)
- Document network diagrams and configurations
- Provide ticket-based and phone-based technical support
- Conduct scheduled maintenance and firmware updates
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
- Deploy and update antivirus solutions

We are looking for two hands-on Network Engineers to join our dynamic team in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment located in Boca Raton, FL. This is a full-time, in-person position with a salary range of $75,000 to $100,000, depending on your experience.
