Requirements

Must:
- Customer-focused attitude - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Minimum of 1 year experience in direct end-user support, including Microsoft Windows, PC Hardware, LAN/Wi-Fi Networks, mobile devices, Office applications, and remote user support - Familiarity with Microsoft Servers, Windows Operating System, Chrome, and Chromium - Basic understanding of Computer Network Firewalls - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with system changes and information - Bachelors degree or education in engineering, computer science, or a related technical field (preferred) - Experience with imaging and customizing Windows 10

Responsibilities

- Address customer support tickets professionally and promptly - Record detailed notes and solutions in the IT documentation within HubSpot Ticketing Platform - Monitor customer devices and report uptime status, troubleshooting issues as they arise - Generate reports on specific customers and uptime analytics, along with issue troubleshooting and ticket resolutions - Share technical insights via Teams and report on HubSpot to keep cross-department teams informed of critical updates - Log and manage reported issues to IT and vendors for problem resolution - Maintain proactive communication with end users regarding their support status and next steps - Deliver outstanding customer service through courteous and timely interactions, utilizing soft skills to address and resolve customer complaints on their own - Availability to work non-standard hours, weekends, and be on-call as needed - Execute other tasks as assigned
