Requirements

Must:
- Customer-oriented mindset - Bilingual proficiency in English and French - Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities - At least 1 year of hands-on experience in end-user support, covering Microsoft Windows, PC hardware, LAN/Wi-Fi networks, mobile devices, and office applications - Familiarity with Microsoft Servers, Windows Operating Systems, and Chrome-based systems - Basic understanding of computer networks and firewalls - Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills - Committed to continuous learning and staying updated on system developments

Responsibilities

- Address customer tickets promptly and professionally - Document detailed resolutions in IT documentation and HubSpot Ticketing Platform - Monitor customer endpoints/devices for uptime, reporting and troubleshooting issues - Generate reports on customer uptime analytics and ticket statuses - Share technical findings via Teams and report them in HubSpot to keep other teams informed - Log and track issues reported to IT and vendors to facilitate resolution - Proactively communicate updates to ensure users remain informed - Provide outstanding customer service while managing upset clients calmly - Availability for non-standard hours, including weekends and on-call duties - Perform additional tasks as assigned
