Requirements
Must:
- Over 5 years of experience in application development and deployment, specifically with Epic applications
- More than 5 years in application migration and modernization
- At least 5 years in application architecture, middleware, and data expertise
- Epic Grand Central Certification
- Proficiency with Epic ADT & EVS workflows, facility structure (department/EAF build), third-party integrations, Epic optimization, workflow analysis & design, Nova upgrades, and ServiceNow ticket management
- Strong capability to influence, collaborate, and foster relationships with key stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional teams
- Ability to work autonomously
- Experience partnering with operational leaders to conceptualize business needs and develop best practice Epic workflows
Responsibilities
- Lead complex Epic application development, deployment, and modernization projects focusing on Grand Central and ADT/EVS workflows
- Collaborate with operational leaders and vendors to convert business requirements into effective Epic workflows
- Provide expert guidance to clients on leveraging technology for their business objectives
- Assist customers in selecting and customizing solutions to ensure their systems are optimized for success
- Gather detailed requirements from stakeholders and translate them into clear specifications
- Drive application modernization processes, ensuring seamless integration and enhanced performance
- Maintain strong relationships with customers to gain insights into their long-term aspirations
