Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors Degree or higher
- Must be legally authorized to work in the US without current or future visa sponsorship
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Technical Analyst, or Systems Analyst focusing on web applications for external clients
- Strong proficiency in understanding client business processes to ensure system workflows and data validation are accurately implemented throughout the SDLC
- Experience in facilitating stakeholder discussions, such as JAD sessions, to gather and clarify requirements
- Capable of analyzing requirements and developing user stories, acceptance criteria, and test scenarios
- Excellent writing abilities to produce clear user guides and technical documentation for complex systems
- Proficient in creating project artifacts such as meeting notes, mockups, wireframes, and process maps
- Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with both technical teams and non-technical stakeholders
- Self-motivated and adaptable, capable of thriving in a remote work environment
- Strong grasp of data structure and its application within systems
- Experience using tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar for tracking requirements
Responsibilities
- Act as a liaison between technology solutions and business needs, refining requirements through collaborative sessions
- Collaborate with clients and internal development teams to build custom web applications
- Become a subject matter expert and trusted advisor for clients
- Validate feature specifications during testing processes
- Participate in process re-engineering initiatives and address system bugs to ensure user outcomes are prioritized
- Document and communicate technical concepts and implementation strategies clearly to non-technical stakeholders
- Analyze system behavior and business rules to ensure accuracy in workflows and data validation
- Manage project artifacts effectively, including documenting and tracing requirements throughout the software development life cycle
