Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Over 1 year of technical expertise with 3PL solutions, including warehouse management systems, transportation management systems, or order management systems
- Minimum of 1 year of operational experience in warehousing or supply chain settings
- At least 1 year of experience with Blue Yonder, Red Prairie, or JDA is preferred
Responsibilities
- Act as the main support for local site system operational challenges
- Execute fundamental troubleshooting for order and stock management concerns
- Work closely with users to establish preventative measures based on your assessments
- Assist with ticket generation, issue escalation, and follow-up
- Maintain warehouse and customer data accurately
- Recognize process alterations that may affect system documentation
- Provide on-site user training as required
- Resolve hardware problems, such as those related to printers, RF guns, and network devices
- Aid in release management tasks by testing new features and confirming document updates
- Help local users manage reporting requirements
- Join training sessions conducted by the IT team to deliver first-level support
