Requirements
Must:
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in Salesforce architecture and solution design, including 2 years within an enterprise or government setting.
- At least 3 years of experience with Salesforce Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, OmniStudio, Data Cloud, MuleSoft, Agentforce, Tableau.
- A minimum of 3 years working with Salesforce technologies such as APEX, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flow.
- At least 3 years of experience in Salesforce integrations utilizing REST/SOAP APIs and MuleSoft.
- Minimum of 3 years designing extensive multi-org or multi-tenant Salesforce solutions.
- Familiarity with the Salesforce Well-Architected Framework.
- Holding a Salesforce Certified Application Architect credential.
- Strong communication skills, including but not limited to:
- Cross-functional collaboration with system integrators, vendors, and external stakeholders.
- Effective knowledge transfer capabilities.
- Proficiency in producing documentation including architecture diagrams, technology roadmaps, technical specifications, procedures, recommendations, testing results, and project management documentation addressing risks, issues, and schedules.

- Document architectural designs, technical specifications, and project management details comprehensively.
- Manage Salesforce projects from conception through execution, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.
