Must:

- Proficiency in Core HR, Recruiting & Onboarding, Workforce Compensation, Benefits, Talent/Performance, and Self Service HR
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with multiple stakeholders
- Ability to validate design choices according to client needs and Oracle standards
- Experience in leading and coordinating offshore teams during configurations and testing
Responsibilities
- Support global solution design and ensure effective local delivery of HCM solutions
- Participate actively in workshops, providing constructive feedback and validating design functionalities
- Lead and manage offshore delivery teams through the configuration and prototyping phases
- Foster robust relationships with stakeholders within the clients HR organization to enhance solution uptake and assurance
- Collaborate with different consulting vendors and on-site architects to align on best practices
Description
We are seeking an Oracle HCM Solution Architect based in Philadelphia, with a tentative start date between mid-March and mid-April, likely around the end of March. Our ideal candidate has extensive experience, particularly with Oracle Fusion HCM, and will play a crucial role in supporting global solution implementation.
