Requirements
Must:
- 2+ years of proven experience in digital operations, enterprise systems, or IT service delivery within a corporate setting
- Experience in coordinating or overseeing a teams work, including both employees and contractors
- Knowledge of production support, operational workflows, and quality assurance testing
- Ability to effectively communicate with cross-functional teams and contribute to platform governance initiatives
- Demonstrated experience in customizing and implementing Dynamics 365 Project Operations or Project Service Automation
- Strong skills in Microsoft Power Platform: Power Automate, Power Apps (model-driven), and Dataverse
- Experience in designing and developing custom business logic in low-code/no-code frameworks
- Understanding of project management concepts, including task dependencies and resource allocation
- Familiarity with Power BI for crafting dashboards and reports
- Capacity to work both independently and collaboratively within diverse teams

Responsibilities
- Lead the design and execution of a tailored solution for cross-project dependency tracking in Dynamics 365 Project Operations
- Configure and refine Dataverse schema, including custom tables and relationships, to accommodate dependency data
- Create Power Automate workflows to manage dependency logic such as notifications and alerts
- Develop Power BI dashboards or model-driven Power Apps to illustrate dependencies across projects and portfolios
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to collect requirements and ensure alignment with business operations
- Provide thorough documentation, training, and knowledge transfer to internal teams for sustainability
- Support testing, deployment, and provide post-implementation care
- Maintain comprehensive solution documentation including technical specifications and user guidance
- Follow best practices for change management and solution lifecycle to ensure compliance and audit readiness
- Assist in production operations by addressing incidents and processing service requests, collaborating with platform teams as needed
- Ensure solutions meet governance, security, and data privacy standards
- Oversee administrative functions for Dynamics 365 Project Operations, including project setup and reporting support
- Manage administrative tasks for the Power Platform, focusing on user access and solution monitoring
- Support adoption of AI tools and automation technologies for enhanced workflow efficiency
- Provide after-hours support for incidents and scheduled maintenance as required
- Foster collaboration among teams across the United States, United Kingdom, and Canada to achieve global operational alignment
Description
We are looking for a Dynamics 365 Solutions Engineer to lead the technical implementation of dependency tracking in our Microsoft Project Operations environment. This role is fully remote and is based on a contract duration of 6 months or more, aligning with Eastern Standard Time working hours. You will work closely with our Digital Enablement and AI Team to develop innovative solutions that enhance project visibility and coordination.
