Requirements
Must:
- 84 months of experience leading a team of technical systems analysts in gathering and analyzing requirements for complex projects.
- Experience in planning, eliciting, organizing, and documenting business process requirements, encouraging stakeholders to resolve issues with design specifications, and evaluating implemented technical solutions while suggesting process and design enhancements.
- 84 months of experience collaborating with project stakeholders to implement solutions, including developers and business subject matter experts, by creating and analyzing business requirement documents (BRD), software requirement specifications (SRS), business rules, traceability matrices, workflow diagrams, or other requirement artifacts.
- 60 months of experience developing SQL queries to analyze and validate back-end data processing to identify software system defects and anomalies.
- 48 months of experience in creating and analyzing workflow diagrams, business process diagrams, and technical process diagrams utilizing MS Visio.
- 36 months of experience designing wireframes for screen mockups and requirements.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of technical systems analysts to gather and analyze requirements for complex projects.
- Plan, document, and organize business process requirements, fostering stakeholder engagement to resolve design specification issues.
- Collaborate with project stakeholders, including development teams and business SMEs, to implement effective solutions through various documentation forms such as BRDs and SRSs.
- Create SQL queries to validate back-end data processing and identify software issues.
- Develop and analyze diagrams including workflows and business processes using MS Visio.
- Design wireframes for screen mockups and requirements evaluations.
