System Analyst with SQL and Python

- Report consistently to the DT&E government Lead regarding the status of testing activities - Examine and provide feedback on program test strategy and essential T&E documentation, including TEMP, TES, and MTS; experience creating these documents is a plus - Create and facilitate necessary T&E deliverables such as test plans, test procedures, reports, and TRR artifacts; also develop briefs, agendas, meeting minutes, schedules, and daily reports - Lead and support test planning, execution, and reporting for various test events in both laboratory and operational environments, including data collection and analysis - Manage T&E Working-level Integrated Product Team (WIPT) meetings and other T&E working group sessions as needed, including room reservation coordination - Work collaboratively with representatives from other program disciplines, such as Systems Engineering and Cyber Security, to incorporate interdependencies in test event planning - Liaise with other agencies and representatives, including Operational Test Agencies and relevant Navy commands, as necessary - Coordinate with Fleet schedulers, laboratories, and operational sites to organize resources for test events - Collect data using various lab equipment, such as oscilloscopes and network analyzers - Perform mechanical and electrical fabrication and troubleshooting as required - Take part in or organize meetings with internal and external personnel, including preparing briefings and necessary documentation - Be innovative and willing to address challenging situations to meet customer-specific requirements
