Senior Systems Analyst - IT Solutions Expert

- Regularly update the DT&E government Lead on the status of testing activities - Review and provide feedback on program test strategies and significant test and evaluation documentation, such as Test and Evaluation Master Plan, Test Evaluation Strategy, and Master Test Strategy - Develop and facilitate the creation of required test and evaluation deliverables including test plans, procedures, and reports - Lead and/or assist in test planning, execution, and reporting for test events in various lab and operational environments, including data collection and analysis - Organize the T&E Working-level Integrated Product Team meetings and other T&E working groups, ensuring venue arrangements for both classified and unclassified sessions - Collaborate with other program functional areas and labs to ensure interdependencies are considered in test event planning - Coordinate with various agencies and representatives, including Operational Test Agencies and Fleet System representatives, to support planning efforts - Schedule and coordinate necessary resources for test events, such as satellite access and personnel support - Collect data using various lab instruments, including Oscilloscopes and Network Analyzers - Conduct mechanical and electrical fabrication and troubleshooting as needed - Host and lead meetings with internal and external stakeholders, preparing relevant materials such as agendas and minutes - Embrace innovation and proactively address challenging situations to satisfy customer needs
