Product Assurance Specialist

- Participate in design reviews and prepare inspection plans based on drawing specifications - Develop strategies to prevent and resolve non-conformances in products and manufacturing processes - Validate first articles for compliance - Conduct product non-conformance surveillance throughout their lifecycle - Lead or contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to minimize waste and enhance efficiency - Engage in root cause analysis and apply corrective actions for process-related issues - Assist Quality Inspectors in ensuring compliance with quality management system requirements - Review or prepare necessary documentation for product/system delivery, including configuration verification - Update Non-Conformances (NCs) based on assigned tasks - Support internal audits performed by the KUAS Compliance Department - Contribute to Material Review Boards (MRBTF) for assigned projects - Ensure safety and compliance of manufacturing and maintenance operations with applicable standards - Validate the acceptability and configuration of aircraft and other complex systems pre-delivery - Oversee system delivery activities, including hardware acceptance with customers and government entities - Witness product acceptance testing and assist in Test Readiness Reviews (TRR) as needed - Generate acceptance reports and ensure complete deliverable documentation is present - Other duties as assigned - Assist deployment leads in ensuring the necessary infrastructure/assets are ready for field operations - Aid in pre-flight actions and confirm aircraft readiness - Take part in post-mission debriefings - Support failure analysis when required - Monitor the accuracy of maintenance records and aircraft logs - Attend Operational Readiness Review meetings - Ensure personnel are trained in critical pre-flight and post-maintenance inspections - Coordinate the transfer/shipment of customer/government property as necessary
