Requirements
Must:

- May need to obtain and maintain a U.S. security clearance (U.S. Citizenship required)
- Basic understanding of engineering principles related to the field
Responsibilities
- Manage project efforts and time within assigned budget and schedule
- Understand customer requirements and collaborate with System Engineering to create test documentation
- Develop integration and test procedures tied to requirements
- Prepare controlled engineering documentation, including test plans and procedures
- Support design review materials for technical meetings with suppliers and customers
- Ensure customer satisfaction throughout project lifecycle
- Assist with system integration, testing, troubleshooting, and resolution of issues
- Help conduct flight testing, data analysis, and reporting
- Draft test plans, cases, procedures, and reports
- Follow safety protocols and perform hazard analyses
- Maintain cleanliness in work areas and equipment
- Adhere to established Quality Management System (QMS) procedures
- Identify, document, track, and report on program risks or opportunities
- Assist transition from preliminary design to manufacturing
- Additional duties may be assigned as necessary
