Facilities & Technical Support Intern

- Assist facilities and technical teams with operational tasks. - Execute cleaning protocols and schedules for designated facility areas. - Ensure adherence to health, safety, and cleanliness standards. - Monitor and refresh supplies in common spaces and workstations. - Provide general support such as routine inspections and coordination of minor repairs. - Help maintain tidy and secure work environments across various facility locations. - Support preventive maintenance operations and document progress. - Prepare, manage, and update documentation related to facility activities. - Generate reports detailing completed tasks, ongoing projects, and compliance indicators. - Maintain organized filing systems for facility records, both digital and physical. - Assemble kits and materials for technical initiatives across different environments. - Prepare workspaces and organize necessary tools and equipment to support execution processes. - Aid technical teams with setup, breakdown, and inventory management. - Assist in evaluating facility needs and ensuring adherence to organizational policies and safety regulations. - Participate in audits and inspections as required. - Collaborate closely with managers and various technical teams to meet departmental needs. - Provide general administrative support as needed. - Engage in team meetings and contribute to improvement initiatives. - Execute additional tasks as assigned by supervisors or managers. - Adapt to shifting priorities and assist with urgent facility needs. - Help with special projects as directed.
