Requirements
Must:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience configuring Dynamics 365 applications, specifically in Field Service
- At least 4 years of experience developing and customizing solutions using Microsoft Power Platform including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI
- Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 apps development
- Proven experience with Dynamics 365 Field Service module, including understanding of tables, processes, and workflows
- Knowledge of Power Apps Component Framework
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for web resource development
- Understanding of DevOps practices and methodologies
- Strong problem-solving skills and a keen interest in technology
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced Agile environment, focusing on one feature or user story until completion
- Self-motivated with the capacity to work independently with minimal supervision
Responsibilities
- Elicit and analyze requirements to recommend solutions for stakeholders utilizing expertise in the Field Service module
- Collaborate closely with a cross-functional team of developers, product managers, and business analysts
- Develop and tailor Microsoft Power Platform model-driven and canvas applications
- Implement custom workflow activities within Dynamics 365
- Design and create plugins for Dynamics 365 to enhance functionality and facilitate integration with external systems
- Build high-performance solutions following customer-focused design principles and best practices
- Utilize Azure DevOps systems to ensure seamless communication from concept through implementation
- Employ automation to maintain accurate documentation, test case development and execution, and build progress tracking
- Adhere to security principles and focus on cost optimization during plugin and logic app development
- Investigate and resolve complex technical issues in partnership with development and operations teams
- Assist implementation teams in producing user documentation, playbooks, and platform guides
- Keep updated with Microsofts product roadmap, feature updates, and innovative technologies to prepare for future capabilities
