Requirements
Must:
- Associate degree in a technical field is essential
- Bachelor’s degree (BS or BA) preferred
- Minimum of 3 years experience with Windows Server 2016 & 2019, Exchange 2016, and Cisco or Fortinet firewalls
- Proficient in deploying Windows client operating systems in network environments
- Strong understanding of TCP/IP protocols and network topologies
- Logical problem solver capable of addressing technical issues related to networks and associated systems promptly
- Availability to work on-site at least 4 days per week
Responsibilities
- Set up, configure, maintain, and document all hardware and software related to servers, virtual environments, networks, and applications
- Manage Windows servers utilizing Hyper-V and VMware
- Oversee Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, and global policies at an expert level
- Configure and maintain Fortinet Firewall including VPNs, routing, and network access
- Proficiently manage network IP addressing, VLANs, and network protocols
- Troubleshoot hardware and software challenges effectively
- Utilize and support Office 365 tools and applications
- Handle Helpdesk tickets and engage with users effectively
