Requirements
Must:
- Minimum of two years of experience in the IT services sector.
- Solid troubleshooting abilities.
- Strong documentation skills.
- Exceptional customer service aptitude.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Quick learner with the capability to retain and recall information.
- Must be punctual, reliable, and dependable.
- Valid drivers license and access to dependable transportation.
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and perform on-site tasks.
- Must pass ongoing random drug testing.
Responsibilities
- Provide remote technical assistance to local clients by logging into their systems to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
- Create user accounts and reset passwords for MS 365 and Google Workspace.
- Travel to client sites to set up PCs, install network equipment, or configure servers.
- Assist users with problems related to Macs, VoIP phones, printers, servers, and networking equipment.
- Document client issues and resolutions in our professional services automation (PSA) and other documentation platforms.
- Prepare various types of documentation and instructions as needed.

Our expertise includes maintaining Windows PCs, Apple computers, Windows servers, business-class routers, network switches, VoIP phone systems, and printers, alongside cloud solutions like Google Workspace and MS 365.
