Manager, IT Project Delivery & Digital Tools

- Serve as the primary IT liaison for functional leaders across various departments such as operations, sales, finance, human resources, and shared services - Convert enterprise priorities into actionable technology initiatives and timelines - Advise leadership on leveraging technology to streamline processes, enhance performance, and foster growth - Ensure alignment of technology initiatives with strategic business objectives - Manage the portfolio of technology development, enhancement, and modernization projects - Define, prioritize, and execute projects in collaboration with business process owners - Set clear project scope, timelines, budgets, dependencies, and success metrics - Coordinate internal teams and external partners to achieve results with accountability - Identify opportunities for digitizing, automating, or simplifying existing workflows - Implement systems that provide secure, real-time data access for external stakeholders, including dealers and customers - Utilize modern platforms, analytics, and AI tools to enhance efficiency and insights - Introduce solutions that minimize administrative workloads and rework - Ensure solutions are practical, scalable, and widely adopted by the business - Embed knowledge and workflows into systems to reduce individual reliance - Promote documentation, process standardization, and consistent operational practices - Support onboarding, succession planning, and workforce transitions through robust system design and data integrity - Foster organizational resilience during times of change - Collaborate with the IT Operations and Support Manager to balance transformational change with stability - Set development standards, controls, and delivery accountability - Provide visibility on progress, risks, dependencies, and decisions through governance forums - Ensure compliance with operational, security, and risk management protocols
