Requirements
Must:
- 8+ years of professional experience as a Full-Stack Developer or Software Engineer
- Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Extensive knowledge of modern front-end frameworks, preferably React
- Back-end development experience with Node.js, Python, PHP, Ruby, or similar technologies
- Comprehensive experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server
- Proven capability in building and maintaining production APIs
- Proficient with Git and other version control systems
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and capacity to work independently
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in developing internal tools or business applications
- Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps methodologies
- Experience in authentication, authorization, and web security
- Experience in mentoring developers or leading projects
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and sustain internal web applications
- Construct and integrate both front-end and back-end systems
- Create responsive user interfaces utilizing modern JavaScript frameworks (React preferred)
- Design and manage APIs, databases, and server-side logic
- Automate manual tasks to enhance operational efficiency
- Ensure application security, performance, and scalability
- Take ownership of features from conception through deployment and maintenance
- Engage in code reviews and aid in technical decision-making
- Collaborate closely with leadership and internal teams
