Responsibilities

- I will have you monitor infrastructure, applications, and network health using tools such as Grafana, Wiz, CloudWatch, Datadog, and CrowdStrike Falcon. - You will detect, triage, and escalate alerts based on their severity and business impact. - I need you to document incident timelines, actions taken, and resolutions in ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Jira Service Management). - Follow established FedRAMP incident handling and escalation procedures. *Additional responsibilities include:* - Executing predefined runbooks for system checks, restarts, and health verifications. - Validating post-maintenance and deployment health of systems and services. - Assisting with system patching coordination, log collection, and audit evidence gathering. - Maintaining situational awareness of system uptime, customer impact, and scheduled changes. *In terms of Application Support:* - You will support basic troubleshooting for hosted and low-code/no-code applications (e.g., Power Platform, ServiceNow, Salesforce, or internal workflow tools). - Validating API connectivity and assisting in identifying failed integrations or logic errors will be key tasks. - Collaborating with developers and CloudOps engineers to verify deployment health after releases is required. - Escalating application-related issues with comprehensive context — affected users, tenant ID, and integration dependencies. *Ensuring compliance and documentation:* - I will have you ensure all activities adhere to change control, access management, and incident response procedures. - You will record detailed incident notes and maintain compliance-ready audit trails. - Participating in Continuous Monitoring (ConMon) reporting and FedRAMP evidence collection is also a responsibility. ---

As a Cloud Operations Specialist (L1), you will play a crucial role in providing first-line monitoring, triage, and rapid incident response across Knox's multi-tenant and single-tenant cloud environments. This position guarantees system availability, security, and compliance within FedRAMP Moderate, FedRAMP High, and DoD IL4 environments. As part of the L1 team, you will be the eyes and ears of Cloud Operations, responsible for identifying anomalies, escalating issues appropriately, and maintaining comprehensive documentation. The ideal candidate for this role combines a sense of technical curiosity with the discipline to work effectively in Linux, CLI, and cloud monitoring environments while collaborating efficiently with L2 and Security teams. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $75,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year Work Location: Hybrid remote in Woburn, MA 01801 US Citizenship required
