Requirements
Must:
- High school diploma or equivalent plus technical degree/certification
- At least four (4) years of experience in an IT-related role
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities
- Excellent problem-solving aptitude and customer service skills
- Capability to manage multiple tasks and meet response deadlines
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
- Solid understanding and experience with computer systems including desktops, laptops, and printers
- Familiarity with Anti-Virus solutions, Exchange, LAN environment, and Active Directory
- Proficiency in Windows 10 and Microsoft Office 365
- Physical capability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 35 pounds
- Willingness to accommodate individuals with disabilities where needed
Responsibilities
- Convert and install new hardware and software
- Propose enhancements for computer systems
- Install and configure computer system components such as CPUs, memory, motherboards, and peripherals
- Troubleshoot hardware (computers, printers, etc.) and software issues
- Assist users in resolving hardware and software problems
- Provide training to staff on new software and hardware
- Maintain updated technical journals or manuals and attend vendor seminars on new technologies
- Oversee inventory of computer hardware and software and collaborate with finance on asset management
- Coordinate installations of cables, new hubs/switches, and additional workstations
- Manage Help Desk tickets to ensure service level agreements are met
- Provide support for phone systems
- Support VPN users throughout the company, including setup and configuration on laptops and user accounts

This full-time position is based in Memphis, Tennessee, and requires an onsite presence from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM CT.
