Requirements
Must:
- Over 10 years of professional IT experience
- Extensive experience in Managed Service Provider environments supporting multiple clients
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Windows Server, Microsoft 365, Active Directory/Entra ID, and network architecture
- Proven capability to design solutions rather than merely support current systems
- Strong grasp of security fundamentals (MFA, data backup, least privilege access, endpoint protection)
- Excellent abilities in documentation, prioritization, and decision-making processes
Responsibilities
- Serve as a senior technical authority and the final escalation point for intricate infrastructure problems
- Design, implement, and sustain scalable and secure client environments
- Be responsible for the architecture and long-term operability of Microsoft 365, Windows Server, and identity platforms
- Plan and support the network infrastructure, which includes firewalls, switches, VLANs, routing, and site-to-site VPN setups
- Lead impactful infrastructure projects such as Microsoft 365 migrations and modernization efforts
- Ensure environments align with security, compliance, and best practice standards
- Collaborate with security, service delivery, and project teams to align technical decisions with business and regulatory needs
- Generate and maintain high-caliber technical documentation and standards
- Provide mentorship and technical advice to junior engineers
- Communicate effectively and professionally with client stakeholders
