Requirements

Must:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience - 3-4 years of technical support experience in a professional services environment; experience in a law firm is preferred - Proficiency in supporting Windows-based systems, desktop hardware, and enterprise productivity applications - Knowledge of remote computing technologies, such as Citrix and VPN services - Experience with configuring and troubleshooting iOS devices, along with basic understanding of macOS - Familiarity with wireless networking and VoIP telephone systems - Experience with service management systems like ServiceNow or similar ITSM platforms - Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills to assist professionals at all levels - Capability to prioritize and resolve multiple technical issues efficiently in fast-paced settings - CompTIA A+ and/or Microsoft certifications are a plus - Experience in supporting audio-visual or conference room technology is preferred

Responsibilities

- Provide daily technical assistance for desktop hardware, software, and workplace technology across the firm - Diagnose and resolve issues related to personal computers, mobile devices, and collaborative tools - Collaborate with IT teams to troubleshoot various desktop and application-related issues - Assist in system upgrades, project deployments, and scheduled maintenance periods - Support video conferencing and audio systems to ensure smooth meetings and presentations - Document and track all service requests and incidents in the management platform - Share knowledge by documenting solutions and troubleshooting techniques for internal resources - Work with colleagues to tackle complex problems and support wider technology initiatives - Participate in firm-wide technology rollouts and maintenance tasks, which may require evening or weekend hours
