Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum 5 years of relevant IT experience in business analysis, product management, or process design within a technology environment
- Strong expertise in Agile methodologies and the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
- Advanced verbal and written communication skills, with experience in technical writing and active listening
- Proven ability to collaborate with demanding stakeholders in professional services environments
- Hands-on experience working alongside developers, architects, and external vendors
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Visio, workflow and project management tools
- Familiarity with Microsoft Azure DevOps, JIRA, and test management tools is preferred
- Experience in legal or private fund formation environments is an added advantage
Responsibilities
- Lead the resolution of production application challenges, analyzing root causes and developing interim workarounds
- Partner with mid to senior management, attorneys, developers, and end users to align solutions with business objectives
- Translate user-reported issues into functional and technical requirements based on trends from production incidents
- Support product delivery initiatives utilizing Agile methodologies and the SDLC
- Formulate and execute test plans based on functional requirements and evaluate outcomes
- Participate in release planning, validation, and change processes across multiple environments
- Recommend solutions considering scope, schedule, cost, and quality while aligning with business goals
- Identify and implement process improvements through independent analysis
- Provide leadership and mentorship within the team while managing risks and conflicts
- Advocate for enhanced user experiences aligned with business objectives
