Requirements
Must:
- Minimum of 2 years of IT Helpdesk experience
- At least 3 years of Customer Relationship experience
- CompTIA A+ 801-802 certification or equivalent
- Willingness to travel frequently and/or for extended periods
- Ability to pass a background check
Preferred:
- Over 3 years of Helpdesk experience
- At least 2 years of IT fieldwork experience
- Associate or bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Familiarity with wealth management industry
Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with IT staff, third-party vendors, and Kingsview employees to successfully complete projects by designated deadlines
- Provide regular updates regarding the status of ongoing tasks
- Handle general IT responsibilities as assigned
- Document and maintain records of project details and tasks
- Update documents and ensure databases are current
- Address inquiries from advisors or clients regarding technical issues via phone, email, chat, or ticketing system
- Review and approve materials as authorized
- Perform various industry-specific duties as needed
- Be adaptable to different work hours or travel requirements based on business needs, including short-notice travel
