Requirements
Must:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst within mid-to-large scale business environments.
- Demonstrated experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics) and financial services applications.
- A solid background in financial services organizations.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage directly with business managers and stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of enterprise systems, data flows, and workflows.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail.
- A Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
Responsibilities
- Analyze and document business processes across financial services operations, identifying areas for enhancement and automation.
- Gather, validate, and document user requirements while ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
- Evaluate alternative solutions and recommend the best approaches for CRM and financial services applications.
- Collaborate closely with business managers and stakeholders to comprehend their needs and deliver effective solutions.
- Work with IT teams to guarantee seamless integration of enterprise systems, data flows, and workflows.
- Support project lifecycle activities, including requirements gathering, testing, and implementation.
- Prepare concise documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, and workflow diagrams.
Description
The work environment is an indoor office setting with some physical requirements, including climbing, standing, stooping, or typing. There is potential for some travel.
