Requirements
Must:
- 5–8+ years of professional experience in backend software development in scalable production environments
- Proficient in backend programming languages such as Node.js, Python, Java, or Go, with experience in building RESTful or GraphQL APIs
- Familiarity with cloud service providers like AWS, GCP, or Azure, as well as containerization technologies (Docker) and distributed systems
- Strong understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases, including skills in performance optimization and data modeling
- A problem-solving mindset with a passion for tackling complex technical challenges and designing systems that scale effectively
- Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating technical concepts to cross-functional teams
Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable backend services, APIs, and microservices that support core platform functionalities
- Enhance system performance, reliability, and security while adhering to high engineering standards
- Provide technical leadership by mentoring mid-level engineers during code reviews and architecture discussions
- Collaborate closely with frontend engineers, product managers, and DevOps teams to deliver dependable end-to-end solutions
- Write maintainable, thoroughly tested code and contribute to the continuous improvement of our development workflows, CI/CD processes, and documentation
