Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors Degree; MBA or advanced degree in a relevant discipline is preferred
- At least 10 years of experience in digital transformation, data-driven marketing, and MarTech strategies within global organizations
- Demonstrated success in leading large-scale digital projects and managing complex stakeholder relations
- Proficient in consumer data platforms, marketing automation, and AI-based marketing solutions
- Strong grasp of global marketing and sales ecosystems, including e-commerce and modern trade
- Exceptional skills in influencing, communication, and change management
- Ability to analyze marketing and sales data, draw insights, and make actionable recommendations
- Proven written and verbal communication expertise, capable of engaging with senior-level individuals and participating in discussions across different organizational areas
Responsibilities
- Spearhead global transformation initiatives to modernize commercial capabilities through Generative AI and other emerging technologies
- Facilitate change management and ensure the adoption of new digital capabilities across marketing and sales teams on a global scale
- Collaborate with DTS, Segments, and senior stakeholders to establish digital transformation goals aligned with technology strategies
- Drive innovation by identifying and testing breakthrough solutions that improve consumer engagement and operational flexibility
- Develop frameworks for comprehensive data activation utilizing both in-house and third-party consumer data platforms
- Define and oversee the AdTech/MarTech architecture to ensure scalability and market integration
- Design global platforms to enhance capability building and optimize marketing return on investment
- Supervise initiatives related to Market Development Models to embed best practices and support data-led decision-making
- Ensure that all segments are informed about the tools and frameworks developed by the Global Centre of Excellence and facilitate seamless adoption through effective communication and support
