Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- Proven experience in IT project management, particularly in overseeing business applications and infrastructure projects
- Strong understanding of ERP systems, SaaS, cloud technologies, and network modernization
- Excellent analytical skills to assess project requirements and potential risks
- Exceptional leadership and communication abilities to guide cross-functional teams effectively
- Ability to manage budgets and timelines efficiently
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools
Responsibilities
- Oversee the entire lifecycle of IT projects from initiation to completion
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans outlining timelines, budgets, and resource allocations
- Collaborate with internal teams, third-party vendors, and managed service providers to ensure project success
- Identify and mitigate project risks, dependencies, and necessary changes proactively
- Communicate updates on project status, key milestones, and results to stakeholders clearly
- Facilitate agile ceremonies such as sprint planning and daily stand-ups to ensure team alignment and focus
