Requirements
Must:
- Advanced proficiency in Wrike administration, including setup of custom fields, workflows, folders/projects, views, dashboards, reporting, and automation.
- Proven experience in designing scalable structures for portfolio, roadmap, and financial planning.
- Excellent collaboration abilities with leadership and portfolio teams, including the skill to suggest innovative solutions to enhance system utilization.
- Capability to convert complex data into practical, executive-level insights, charts, and roadmaps.
- Knowledge of portfolio management principles and financial tracking is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Manage and enhance the Wrike platform, including folder/project structures, workflows, custom fields, views, dashboards, and automation.
- Develop scalable frameworks to support roadmap, financial, and portfolio planning.
- Collaborate with leadership and portfolio teams to define structures and propose process optimizations.
- Interpret Wrike data into executive insights, charts, and presentation-ready roadmaps.
- Facilitate automation and uphold data consistency to minimize manual entry and enhance reliability.
- Work together on updates regarding timelines, scope, financials, and reporting to ensure accurate portfolio portrayal.
- Conduct continuous maintenance of fields, folders, workflows, and views to adapt the system to evolving portfolio requirements.
Description
We are seeking a Wrike Specialist for our Pharmacy Advancement Portfolio in Armonk, NY. In this role, you will be the primary administrator and expert for the Wrike platform, focusing on designing, maintaining, and governing Wrike structures and workflows. You will collaborate closely with senior leadership to ensure that initiatives and financial data are precisely captured and actionable.
