Requirements
Must:
- 2-5 years of experience in developing and maintaining integrations on the Workday platform
- Practical knowledge in creating, supporting, and troubleshooting Workday integrations
- Deep understanding of Workday integration frameworks (e.g., EIBs, Core Connectors, Studio, APIs, or similar)
- Familiarity with data formats including XML, JSON, and flat files
- Experience with integrations in areas like HCM, Payroll, Benefits, or Finance modules
- Ability to independently diagnose and resolve complex technical challenges
- Excellent communication skills and the capacity to collaborate in a cross-functional team setting
Responsibilities
- Design, create, maintain, and troubleshoot integrations within the Workday ecosystem
- Develop and manage inbound and outbound integrations using standard Workday integration technologies
- Analyze both business and technical requirements to provide scalable and high-quality integration solutions
- Monitor the performance of integrations and proactively address any errors, failures, or data inconsistencies
- Assist with upgrades, new releases, and enhancements to current integrations
- Work closely with Workday analysts, HRIS, Payroll, and external vendors to ensure a smooth data flow
- Document integration logic, configurations, and support processes
- Participate in testing, deployment, and post-launch support tasks
